Bending Press is a sheet metal forming machine that bends the sheet metal raw material into the desired form. The more primitive type is called caka. With press brake bending machines, sheet metal is shaped by being pressed between two molds. The larger mold at the bottom is the female mold, and the one at the top is the male mold. There are models in different tonnages and widths. It consists of sections such as upper mold, lower mold, hydraulic axes and CNC control unit. The upper mold’s tooth presses the mold with hydraulic force, squeezing the sheet metal in between and allowing bending at different angles.
The standard tolerance level for most CNC laser cutting machines ranges from 0.1 to 0.2 mm, depending on the size and requirements. However, tolerance levels can be customized according to our customers’ requirements.
